He's a 6 ft. 8 in. German and sports a blond Mohawk. The next Dirk Nowitzki? Please. Pascal Hens or "Pommes" (French Fry), as his friends call him, is attracting as much attention with his skills in team handball. The 28-year-old was instrumental in leading the German team to a victory in the 2007 World Championships, which would become known as "Wintermärchen" ("winter fairy tale"). Hens exploits would gain the sport an unprecedented popularity in Germany, where fussball is king. It was Hen's two strikes in a game against Poland that were decisive for the German team to qualify for the Olympics.
